On Zovelora, a material is stated only when the words appear on that product’s own page. A word on one listing does not describe the next product. A smooth photograph is not a material, and it is not a safety certification.
What “stated” means here
Look at the product overview for a material line, or for the material named in the description of the option you selected. If that page does not name a material, the material is unpublished. Email info@zovelora.com with the product name and option, and we will check the supplier text we hold. Until then, do not fill the gap from a similar-looking item.
We do not treat a campaign image as certification. We also do not add “body-safe,” “medical-grade,” or “phthalate-free” unless that same product page says it. Those phrases are not implied by the word silicone, by a soft surface, or by the fact that an adult product is offered for sale.
Words you will actually see
- Silicone. Some listings say silicone. This vibrating ring is one example: its page says it is silicone. That sentence is about that ring only.
- TPE. Some soft accessories say TPE. This restraint ring says it is made from soft TPE and gives its measurements. TPE is not silicone. Do not borrow a silicone care note and apply it to a TPE listing.
- Metal. Some plugs name metal in the product description. A color such as rose gold, or a rhinestone, is a separate detail. If the page only names a color, it has not named the metal.
- Lace, mesh, and other garment words. These describe lingerie and sleepwear. They say nothing about a vibrator or a plug sold on another page.
What a material word does not prove
It does not prove a laboratory test, a country-of-origin certificate, or a medical use. It does not tell you which lubricant is compatible. If you want to use a lubricant and the product page is silent, ask us before you combine them. Do not assume a lubricant is fine because it was fine on a different product.

If you still cannot tell
Ask before you order. Tell us the product name and the selected option. If we cannot confirm the material from the supplier text, we will say that the material is not stated. For how to clean an item once you know what it is, use the care guide, and read product safety before use.
