Information used to operate the store
We process contact details, account information, billing and delivery addresses, order items, payment references and support correspondence when you provide them. Store systems may also process IP addresses, request/security logs and shopping-session identifiers. Do not send payment credentials, identity documents, intimate photographs or other unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.
Why information is used
We use order information to perform the purchase and delivery contract; records may also be needed for accounting, legal obligations, fraud prevention, security and handling customer requests. Optional analytics requires your choice through the cookie controls. Our optional Google Analytics integration measures only home and shop landing-page visits after consent. Product details, searches, account, cart, checkout and order pages are excluded.
Service providers and international processing
Information needed to run the store may be processed by hosting, email and technical service providers. NOWPayments processes cryptocurrency payment information under its own privacy notice. Fulfillment and delivery require relevant recipient and order information to be shared with warehouse and delivery service providers. Our fulfillment location is Guangzhou, China, and the merchant is a US company; processing can therefore occur outside your country. Contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your order.
Retention and your choices
Information is retained only for the time needed for the purposes described, including applicable recordkeeping and dispute requirements. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about retention of your records. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, receive portable data and complain to the relevant supervisory authority. Identity checks may be needed before we disclose or change account information. A deletion request does not require removal of records we must retain by law.

Optional website analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure visits to our home and shop landing pages. Analytics cookies may remain for up to 180 days. We exclude product details, searches, account, cart, checkout and order pages. We do not send product names, order details or contact information through this integration. Advertising features are disabled. You can reject or withdraw optional analytics using Cookie settings in the footer. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are respected.
