30-day returns
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused and in new condition. Please keep any original hygiene seals intact. Contact us with your order number and the items you wish to return; do not send intimate photographs or unnecessary personal information.
Return shipping costs
For a non-quality-related return, the buyer pays the return shipping cost to our Guangzhou returns location. International return shipping can be substantial; obtain a carrier quote before sending. For a quality problem, Zovelora covers the return shipping cost. Contact us first so we can arrange the return method or agreed reimbursement.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Stop using an unsafe or faulty item and contact us. The unused/new condition requirement for change-of-mind returns does not exclude claims about faulty or misdescribed goods. We will discuss the appropriate remedy and return arrangements.

Location note: the first stall on the left after entering the main gate. Contact us before dispatch for the recipient, telephone and any carrier-required address details. Do not send returns to our US registered office.
Refunds
We will confirm receipt and assess the returned item, then communicate the refund outcome and next steps. For cryptocurrency orders, contact us to coordinate the refund currency and network safely. Never send a private key or recovery phrase. Where applicable law sets a refund deadline or requires repayment of delivery charges, those requirements apply.
These policies do not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under the law that applies to your purchase. Rights relating to faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods are separate from our voluntary change-of-mind return policy.
