Report a product or safety incident
Stop using a product that appears unsafe. For urgent health or safety concerns, contact appropriate local emergency or medical services. For order assistance, email us with your order number, product/variant and a brief description of the issue. Keep the product and packaging available where safe to do so.
Do not send intimate photographs or unnecessary medical information. We will review reports and coordinate the appropriate next steps with the relevant supplier or service provider. If a product action affects your order, we will use the order contact details to communicate instructions. Reporting an issue does not automatically create a supplier purchase or a refund transaction.
