Payment privacy
Cryptocurrency payments are processed through NOWPayments. The store receives payment references and status notifications to reconcile your order. We do not ask for wallet private keys or recovery phrases. Do not provide those to anyone claiming to assist with an order.
Follow the exact network, currency and amount on the payment invoice. A sent transaction is not the same as a confirmed payment. Blockchain transactions can be publicly visible and generally cannot be reversed like a card authorization; refunds require separate coordination through our support team and the payment service.
Product names are not used in the gateway invoice description; the description identifies a store order. This does not make the payment anonymous, and we do not promise a particular bank or exchange statement descriptor. Review NOWPayments’ own privacy information before using its checkout.
